• Do I need any previous experience?
  This workshop is designed for beginners as well as those who wish to deepen their knowledge or add another instrument to their sound offerings. However, if you haven’t completed a sound training yet and wish to dive deeper into the foundations of sound and its effects, you may want to have a look at the 30-hour Sound Meditation Training.
• Do I need to be musical to play the Gong?
  ‍No, not at all. You don’t need any musical background to play the gong. The focus is on intuition, listening, and connection rather than musical skill or theory.The gong invites us to express ourselves beyond musical structures — to explore sound as a creative, intuitive language. It opens a space where you can simply feel, play, and allow the vibrations to guide you.
  No, you will learn everything you need to be able to play harmonium and accompany mantra singing with harmonium. Prior experience in other instruments or music is helpful, but not required.
• Can I offer gong baths after the workshop?
  You’ll learn all the essential playing techniques for both hanging and hand gongs, as well as how to structure a gong bath. We’ll also have an open conversation about what people appreciate — and what they sometimes don’t — in sound healing settings.After the workshop, you’ll have the skills to start sharing gong baths confidently. Of course, it also depends on your personal experience and whether you already feel comfortable holding space for others, but this training will give you everything you need to begin your journey.

About Lou

Lou is a Sound Healing Practitioner and Bodyworker whose work is deeply rooted in authenticity, presence, and connection.
Guided by the principles of the Pantarei Approach, she weaves together intuitive touch and the power of sound to create spaces where people can truly feel, release, and come home to themselves.

Her path with sound began through the Sound Meditation Training, Sound Massage Course, and a Gong Workshop with Jana from Stay Yang — and has since expanded into her own unique way of holding space. Lou has shared her magic in studios across Berlin, touching many with her heartfelt Gong Workshops.
