For us, mantras are a spiritual practice with which we can flourish and whose powers connect us deeply with ourselves. Through repetition and the power of sound, a mantra has a calming effect on the mind and nervous system. The mantras we have selected are easy to sing along, inspire and inspire. Immerse yourself in a wonderfully moving experience.

About Jana
I’m Jana, a sound therapist and yoga teacher based in Berlin. In September 2024, I opened my own Sound Healing shop & studio, STAY YANG SPACE.
My passion lies in the art of self-healing through sound, frequency, yoga, and meditation. My journey began in India, and over the years, I have completed various trainings in India, Germany, and Sri Lanka.
2025 marks the fourth year of my Sound Healing training program. Over the past years, I have had the privilege of guiding more than 250 people into the world of sound.
My trainings and 1:1 sessions are rooted in a holistic approach, addressing mental and psychological, physical, and spiritual levels equally.
